The report provides a structured record of the defects identified, with photographs and written observations, so you can submit a clear snagging list to the developer or customer care team.
Schedules of Condition

A schedule of condition is a factual record of the condition of a property, room, boundary or specific area at a particular point in time. It is often used before building works, occupation, access arrangements, lease agreements or situations where future damage or responsibility may be disputed.
The report records the existing condition using written descriptions and photographs, helping create a clear baseline before works or use begins.
